Bed & Breakfast:

Reservation Policy: A deposit equivalent to 1 (one) night is required to guarantee a reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations cancelled more than 5 days before scheduled arrival date will be refunded, less a $25.00 administration fee.
Reservations cancelled less than 5 (five) days before scheduled arrival date, will be refunded if the room can be rebooked, less a $25.00 administration fee.
Reservations cancelled less than 2 (two) days before scheduled arrival date will be charged in full.

Cottage:
Sunset Beach Cottage is rented on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis.

Reservation Policy: A deposit of 50% (fifty per cent) of the booking is required to guarantee all reservations.

Cancellation Policy:
For a 1 (one) week reservation, cancellation must be made at least 3 (three) weeks or more in advance of the scheduled arrival date.
For a reservation of 2 (two) weeks or more, cancellation must be made at least 4 (four) weeks in advance of the scheduled arrival date.
Cancelled reservations not within the above time limits, will be refunded only if the cottage is rebooked.
All refunds are subject to a $50 administration fee

Balance of payment due in full, will be requested when you check in, via use of your credit card or by cash or travellers check.
